Sales Engineer Automation (CLOSED / Tidak ada lowongan)
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement effective ways to create the request of the products / solutions for customers in order to ensure the achievement of challenging business goals
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs
- Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfy their needs in term of quality, price, and delivery
- Establish aggressive and effective overall sales and marketing implementation plan by considering market trends, customers, competitors, and industry
- Establish a vision for committed, loyal, long-term customer relationships and implementing the necessary steps to reach the shared vision
Requirements :
- D3 or Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or Physics from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Industrial Automation market with wide range of customer database
- Well proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication and strong analytical capabilities
- Robust knowledge about PLC, especially PLC Siemens &Scheider
- High sense of product sales & services with systematic thinking ability to solve the problem
- Highly motivated, target oriented individual
- Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
