Role Overview:
Responsible to sell IT products, features and/or services. Maintains ownership of customer issues, directing customer to the appropriate department when required.Works effectively in a team environment and supports team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with customers.Focuses on passionate delivery of a positive and rewarding customer experience according to PT Gevio standards.Works with various departments to meet sales goals through constant process alignment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling IT products and services to consumer and business segment.
  • Works effectively in a team environment
  • Acquisition focuses on identifying, targeting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Queue/Transactional focuses on fielding in-bound sales calls and efficiently completing/closing the sale
  • Provides direct product/service advice and guidance to customers.
  • Focuses on passionate delivery of a positive and rewarding customer experience according to PT Gevio standards.
  • Learn the full range of technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
  • Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process.
  • Understands the administrative and operational requirements of the job

Candidate requirement:

  • Should be open to work in voice and non-voice, inbound and outbound channels
  • Should have excellent written Communication & Typing skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum senior high scholl education.

Preferences:

  • Telephone etiquette skills and ability to articulate and simplify things.
  • 1year of relevant experience in sales function. Fresh graduate welcome.
